    Sarah Elaine Eaton, PhD, is associate professor at the University of Calgary, Canada, where she also serves as the university's inaugural Educational Leader in Residence, Academic Integrity. In 2020, the Canadian Society for the Study of Higher Education named her for their prestigious Research and Scholarship Award. In addition, Eaton has received the Teaching Excellence Award from the Werkund School of Education (2015). She has led research projects on academic integrity at the national and local levels. She was the co-chair of the Canadian Symposium on Academic Integrity (2019) and has served as program chair for the International Center for Academic Integrity conference (2020). She regularly appears as a media guest for television and radio to talk about academic misconduct in higher education.
