Florence L. Denmark is the Robert Scott Pace Professor Emeritis at Pace University. She has been president of the American Psychological Association (APA), the Eastern Psychological Association, and the International Council of Psychologists. She holds fellowship status in the APA and the Association for Psychological Science. Her most significant research has focused on women and their contributions to psychology.

Michele A. Paludi is Assistant Dean and Faculty Program Director for human resources and leadership at Excelsior College. Her publications have been in the areas of psychology of women, sexual harassment, feminist teaching, and workplace violence, including bullying. She serves as an expert witness in court proceedings on sexual and racial harassment and discrimination. Paludi's book, Ivory Power: Sexual Harassment on Campus, received the 1992 Myers Center Award for Outstanding Book on Human Rights in the United States. She is series editor for the Praeger series Women's Psychology and Women and Careers in Management, and was editor of Praeger's Understanding Campus Violence.
