Author Info

Julie Scordato, MLIS, is manager at the Columbus Metropolitan Library in Columbus, OH. A 2009 Library Journal Mover & Shaker, Scordato also writes "When the Rubber Hits the Road," an advocacy column for Voice of Youth Advocates (VOYA) magazine. She received her master's degree in library and information science at Kent State University.

Ellen Forsyth is consultant in Public Library Services with State Library of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. She is a 2011 Library Journal Mover & Shaker. Her recent publications include "Working Better Together: A Few State Wide Collaborations Using Social Media." Forsyth received her graduate diploma in information management from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
