Rose Castillo Guilbault is VP for communication and social responsibility for AAA Northern California, Nevada and Utah Insurance Exchange. She was the first Hispanic journalist to write a column for the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper. Guilbault is the author of Farmworker's Daughter: Growing Up Mexican in America and the recipient of many honors, including being named among the 50 Most Influential Hispanics in Silicon Valley.
Louis E.V. Nevaer is director of Hispanic Economics and is a contributor to Pacific News Service and New American Media. He is the author of more than a dozen books, including Managing Hispanic and Latino Employees: A Guide to Hiring, Training, Motivating, Supervising, and Supporting the Fastest Growing Workforce Group and The Rise of the Hispanic Market in the United States: Challenges, Dilemmas, and Opportunities for Corporate Management.
