Storytelling World Honors Libraries Unlimited

The 2011 Storytelling World Resource Awards were announced and five Libraries Unlimited titles have been recognized. The winners are selected from several hundred nominees based on their "usefulness for storytellers."

 

The United States of Storytelling: Folktales and True Stories from the Eastern States and The United States of Storytelling: Folktales and True Stories from the Western Statesby Dan Keding are winners in the Storytelling Collections category.

 

Scared Silly: 25 Tales to Tickle and Thrill by Dianne de Las Casas received Honors in the Storytelling Collections category.

 

Storytelling: Art and Technique, Fourth Edition by Ellin Greene and Janice M. Del Negro is a winner in the Special Storytelling Resources category.

 

Folktales of the Amazon by Juan Carlos Galeano received Honors in the Special Storytelling Resources category.
