Shannon Graff Hysell has served as associate editor of American Reference Books Annual, ARBAonline, and Recommended Reference Books for Small and Medium-sized Libraries and Media Centers since 1998. She currently heads the five-member ARBA Advisory Board, who oversee the content and direction of the series.

Susanne Bjørner is president of Bjørner & Associates.

Joe Janes is associate dean for Academics Information School, University of Washington, Seattle, WA.

Judith Matthews is head of Biomedical and Physical Sciences Library at Michigan State University, East Lansing, MI.

Steven Sowards is assistant director for Collections at Michigan State University Libraries.

Arthur P. Young is director at the Northern Illinois University libraries.
