Bernard A. Drew is a journalist, local historian, and freelance writer/editor. His published works include Libraries Unlimited's 100 Most Popular Genre Fiction Authors: Biographical Sketches and Bibliographies; If They Close the Door on You, Go in the Window: Origins of the African American Community in Sheffield, Great Barrington and Stockbridge; Literary Afterlife: The Posthumous Continuations of 325 Authors' Fictional Characters; and Dr. Du Bois Rebuilds His Dream House. Drew is associate editor for the Lakeville Journal Company's three weekly newspapers in Lakeville, CT.
